We often spend so much time on the marketing, the branding, the website, etc. that we neglect the contents of all that packaging - the coaching itself.
After 17 years of coaching, with a thriving practice built almost entirely on client referrals, I firmly believe that it was my focus on deepening my practice rather than all the bells and whistles that allowed for this.
